ATVANS 2027 LOTTERY DRAW RULES
DRAW DATE
The draw will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 7ᵗʰ 2027 at the Halifax Exhibition Centre (200 Prospect Road, Goodwood, Nova Scotia), during the Atlantic Outdoor Sports & RV Show.
PRIZES
1. Three tickets will be drawn from all entries:
a. Grand Prize: the first ticket drawn will win the grand prize of a 2026 Can-Am Defender DPS CAB DH9 (retail value approx. $26,000.00), presented in partnership with Adventure Motors.
b. Second Prize: the second ticket drawn will win a John Deere S100 Lawn Tractor (retail value approx. $4,100.00), presented in partnership with Green Diamond.
c. Third Prize: the third ticket drawn will win a Stihl Chainsaw (retail value approximately $300.00), presented in partnership with Bay Rentals.
2. Chances of winning depend on number of tickets sold; no more than 50,000 tickets will be printed.
3. The winner of the 2026 Can-Am Defender DPS CAB DH9 must accept the prize as presented and is responsible for any registration fees and insurance as may be required by law, no substitutions will be made. The winners of the John Deere S100 Lawn Tractor and the Stihl Chainsaw must accept the prizes as presented, no substitutions will be made. ATVANS is not responsible for any warranty, repairs, or material defects once the prizes have been presented.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The draw will be conducted by an independent supervisor in a public location, live streamed on a social media platform and the winner will be notified by telephone or email message. The results will be posted on the ATVANS website and Facebook page.
2. Employees of ATVANS and their dependent family members are not eligible to win the prize, however board members including officers and their family members are eligible to win.
3. The winners agree to have their image used for promotional purposes to promote ATVANS and the lottery sponsors.
4. Should the winner be unable to accept the prize due to health, death, or relocation the prize will be presented to the estate of the winner or other authorized legal representative.
5. Tickets must be filled out all legibly with all required information that would enable ATVANS to contact the winner.
