To discuss the following topics.
1. Introduce the new club in Zone 3B and their executive
2. Each club president / trail organizer to do an update on their club progress on their trail. Along with this, it’s important to share challenges each club faces.
3. Our new Executive Director Greg van den Hoogen along with one or more Board members from ATVANS will also be in attendance to discuss possible changes to the 2028 permit
4. A more formal round table discussion
The underlining theme of this meeting is LET’S CONNECT. Connect with other clubs, other riders, ATVANS staff and any presenters.
Ample and extended time will be allotted to allow this to happen at mid point comfort break.
Snacks and drinks / coffee will be available.
Meeting length will be dependant on questions and interactions of attendees but will be limited to 16:00 (4 PM).
In addition, I would also like to hear from you about any items that you would like to discuss, please submit so we can add to the agenda; invite appropriate people or at least have proper information available.
We look forward to seeing as many members as possible.
