  • Each member club in good standing may have two voting delegates at the AGM. Each delegate must be in good standing with the club and ATVANS. (Each delegate must have their own trail permit number.)

    GUESTS OF DELEGATES: Please note that space is limited and guest registration will be confirmed closer to the event. Guests are entitled to attend all weekend activities.

We have secured a group of rooms at a preferred rate of $149.00 plus applicable taxes for those wishing to stay onsite. This rate is based on double occupancy. Accommodation costs are at the discretion of each club.
