We had a group go up on Sunday to access the trail and cut/remove trees. One bike went into a large washout and tipped over. No one was seriously hurt but one person is quite sore.

Due to:

• the uncertainty of the trail;
• the safety of the ATVers;
• ATVers still dealing with personal storm issues; and
• the fuel issues,

the executive have decided to cancel the 2022 Highland Quest Run.

Anyone who prepaid will be e-transferred their registration fees back (please give us a few weeks).

Highland Quest 2023 will take place September 30 - October 1, 2023.

If you have rooms booked and you will be attending next year, call your hotel to see if you can push your reservations forward to next year. If you are not sure, please call your hotel and cancel.

We are very sorry for this cancellation. We did everything that we could safely do to keep the run going. In the end, we could not guarantee the integrity of the trail or the safety of the riders.
